CalculateWise is run by F4 Labs. The one address for everything is [email protected].

Reporting a wrong result

A report can be acted on quickly when it includes:

  • the page address, for example calculatewise.com/calculators/mortgage-calculator;
  • the exact inputs you entered (the “Copy Link” button under the results captures them in the URL);
  • the result you got and the result you expected, with a source if you have one.

Confirmed errors are corrected in the calculator itself and covered by a test. How that process works is described on the about page.

Guides and sources

Use the same address for factual corrections to an article, an out-of-date figure, or a missing source. Revised guides show an “Updated” date next to the publication date.

Privacy and advertising

Questions about analytics, cookies, or ads are answered in the privacy policy. Anything not covered there can go to the same email. Calculator inputs are never sent to CalculateWise, so there is no stored calculation data to request or delete.

Embedding a calculator

A WordPress plugin for embedding CalculateWise calculators is maintained alongside the site. Email for the current version and setup notes.
